Shipping Policy:

Processing time is 1-3 business days unless products are ready to be shipped.

Shipping Time: is 2-3 business days

All Products are shipped from Titusville FL. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Our orders are shipped USPS First Class and Flat Rate if expedited shipping is selected.

All shipments will require a signature for delivery to ensure product was received.

Refunds and Returns:

Due to the nature of our products and Covid -19 we are under no circumstances able to accept returns or issue any refunds. However if an issue was/is caused by Custom Creative Styles By Icy,LLC we will gladly rectify the issue.
